MESSAGE.
Eating abominable meal is dangerous to growth and desire glory of God in the life of anybody regardless of such individual help to the vulnerable in the society or the nation.
Your doing has power to negatively affect you if is not right in God’s eye. There is individual who are put under terrible physical and spiritual slavery all because of sweetness derived or projected of getting from such.
Achan stole from people from another nation, thinking God should overlook it in some people literal opinion, no, God is a God of all not some set of people.
Also, the given instructions of God were to wipe all that pertaining to that abominable and idol worshipping nation off existence without keeping any distance or hiding anything treasure for any reason.
But personally, he changed the said will of God for personal gain which brutally affected his darling family, send them to an early grave.
The implications of what Achan did put the whole nation of Israel under spiritual danger and family lost for it. It’s right and safe when you are obedient to the cause of the Lord in your life and family.
Learning from history will really help to shape and sharp your insight about a matter, stop unbearable, realigned your life for the will of God to manifest in your life.
Don’t ever think you are making money by putting someone’s parents, family, son or daughter under spiritual bondage or physical difficulty because of your projection and expected success or monetary profit.
Knowing this will make you have peace that God will not overlook your wickedness over that matter at any point in time.
