PRIDE IS DANGEROUS, ITS CAN RUIN.

CONTENT: NOVEMBER EDITION, SECRET PLACE OF THE MOST HIGH.
BIBLE READING: PROVERBS 11:1-5.
TEXT: PROVERBS 29:23.
REFERENCE: PROVERBS 13:10, ISAIAH 25:9-11, JEREMIAH 13:15-17.

SCRIPTURE:

A man’s pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.

MESSAGE.

Pride is when you feel you are better than others which will naturally reflect in your action, spoken word, character etc, such will naturally be noticed for it, and it will reduce the love of God in the life of such to hatred.

The earth is a testing ground also where human being is expected to manifest the glory of God in humility, righteousness, contentment etc.

This is one of the ‘P’ of life to be extremely careful of and totally stay off her boundary, it kills and has the power to drive the right people away from your life and bring such closer to horribleness through the work of the adversary.

A man of pride will naturally have more adversary who only have a crucified objective of destruction against the life of such personality.

The king thought it is by his strength and kingship authority that make him to amount to such magnanimous greatness, and the pride of this subjected him to develop arrogance in the place of humility, harshness in the place of calmness, humbleness in the place of peaceful nature etc.

There is none of all this that can bring God or his divine objective closer to such, the most dangerous aspect of this is that such prayer will be delayed and denied.

The king horrible action is to God through man, this is saying means whatever you are doing to man, you are simply doing it to God indirectly, he was warned to disengage from this prideful nature, but he considered the sacred and divine instructions not important, this resulted him to be with animal in the wilderness for seven seasons and nothing happened to the kingdom he left behind.

I know a man that there is no person in that community that speak well of him because of his nature of pride, there are different level of pride, pride of life, pride of wealth, pride of influence, pride in word, pride in action etc.

There is none of this sectional way of pridefulness that is right to God or man but abominable to God and snare to the will of the devil in the life of such individual.

Why pride?

Why do you prefer pride to humility, God is talking to you this morning regardless of the flowing anointing of God in your life, your financial capacity, your social capacity, authority that can bring king to your territory etc, this must not determine the way you act to people and on no cause you should see yourself as better to anybody because you are under divine watch of God and satanic observation of the devil.

God will remove his hand in the life of a prideful personality which will naturally bring-in the devil and its evil armory into the life of such personality to totally wipe him off.

Pride is a disease that must be cure off you before it ruins you.

3. Oh Lord, destroy the nature of pride and her action in my life in Jesus name.
4. Oh Lord, let your hand rest upon me oh Lord for divine humility and righteousness in Jesus name.
