SCRIPTURE:
And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
MESSAGE.
This is another big subject about life that every individual need to understand it value, critically observe her definition, objective, review the definition per time for proper application of it in your life.
Mentorship is training, guiding and instructing a person on what to do and how to go about doing things in a right way without running into error of time.
It is very important and cannot be overruled or overlooked for any typical reason or purpose.
Reading the scripture, doing personal research about the relevant piece therein together with intentional review of all the subject is one of my personal life adventures, still fresh and will not be something that will stop any moment.
I discovered all successful priest, renowned prophets, value prophetess, businessman, prominent public figure, lawyers, governor etc, all of the career titles have one great mentors at one time and the other.
Father Abraham mentored Isaac, Moses, mentored to Joshua, Elisha, mentored Elisha, Zephaniah, mentored Jeremiah etc. Don’t forget that Jethro mentored that great renowned Prophet, Moses. There is none of all this great personality that are not relevant in their office during their lifetime even up till date.
Mentoring has the power to remodel and totally craft out wrong in one’s intentions and action, because just one wrong action can destroy all your life fortune and collapse the edifice.
Like I said, there is no subject of life that defile one to be under one particular person for proper guidance.
I have mentors, you will learn critical and important value and stand of this great personality and adopted fathers in the life of their mentees and rule of applications to get the right individual to put your life under the training and discipline.
Listen, these are not easy individual to come by, very discipline and straight in giving out principle.
Numerous are failure with tangible and surviving purpose with value with them because there is no room for mentorship, and some are aligning their life with wrong and unacceptable principle in their life.
Bishop David Oyedepo is my mentor in ministry, marriage and some other subjects that related to life.
This is a great man of God with no nonsense, kingdom value-oriented personality, tirelessly focusing on pleasing the Lord and not anybody at any point in time.
His instruction is likening to a two-edged sword that piece into every part of your life and bring out a desirable result.
A teacher, word base instructor and disciplinary, foolishness against divine orderliness of God cannot survive around my blessed mentor, looking at him alone is a great lesson in my life talkless of him giving out instructions and order.
They are there, to teach you what is right, instruct you with the right value of life that will definitely bring out an undeniable testimony and lasting breakthrough.
A pride-fill and ignorant personality cannot keep a mentor and some will not even have one because of this character as a life objective in them, I was with one of my spiritual mentor some years ago for a spiritual guide on a matter, uninformed I got to his house and he asked me a very simple question at the gate and my answer lost my standing and he said I can’t see you today for I don’t have appointments with me yet, Pastor Oluwafemi Bankole, what a great man of wisdom and spiritual depth, am very glad to be one of his mentees.
I share this with the brethren in one of the teachings in the church, and I lower the microphone and I heard some among the saints that said, I will never go there again and immediately responded to the person that, that is why several are stagnant.
Mentoring will save you from unrecognized evil and trap of the devil. It is a tool of remodeling for proper usage of life opportunity in there time.
