SCRIPTURE:
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
MESSAGE.
Mentorship is guiding an individual off wrong or defeat on a situation and circumstances of life.
There is nobody that doesn’t need such kind of tutelage in his life for a better landing and success in all processional project or career in life.
The spiritual mentorship is totally different from career mentoring, they are both very deep and very important piece to life.
You must be sure you are on your list for your own growth.
Ministerial mentorship is very wide and deep, we have class of individual in the church ministry today who are in a wrong category of ministry functioning, yes, counsellor is also a ministry on her own which doesn’t equate to pastoral ministry.
There are individuals who are seriously in the mess of wrong interpretation of ministry today because of self-imagination and conclusion. You thinking it doesn’t make it right.
Mentoring will naturally expose you to deep exposition of your ministry or calling, what church ministry is all about, the definition and classes etc. You have a ministry doesn’t mean you go and get a space and start the church, no.
There is something God expected you to pray and ask questions about, there are ministerial human agents inform of mentors and spiritual father.
I could remember some years ago, I know I have a calling which is Pastoral but going about it, I don’t understand. I have read alot of books as regard ministry, purpose and execution of ministerial project. The zeal gotten from this pack knowledge pull me out without God’s major endorsement as regard the move.
Something interesting happens during this ministry voyage, THE PENTHOUSE was established out of human curiosity, and someone gave out a whole building for the church without a lease agreement or any monetary maintenance, but there is a but.
During this time, Holy spirit doesn’t depart from me but speak less of the church until one day after two years. God told me through my spiritual mentor and father that I should shut down the church and close the service, go and return the key of the building to the owner.
I will share something that went underneath before this laundable decision of the Lord.
If I have done some spiritual consultation as regard that step, I would have known that it is not to establish church is the next but knowledge which is widely out of reading the biographies of great generals in the faith and tutelage from spiritual and reputable individual.
Knowledge and operation of God from his table to be implemented on the earth in your ministry is very important and more relevant to any action.
There are some old and young individual today who are seriously in the wilderness all in the name of ministry and church planting because of failure of doing the right thing at the right time.

1. Thank you oh Lord for your grace over my life and family in Jesus name.
2. Oh Lord, forgive me my wrong step and let in your mercy redirect the course of my life in Jesus name.
3. Oh Lord, guide and direct all the course of my life through your spirit per time in Jesus name.
4. Oh Lord, disengage my life from evil and wrong mentorship in Jesus name.
5. Thank you for an answered prayers oh Lord in Jesus name.
