SCRIPTURE:
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
MESSAGE.
Mentorship is to guide you off error or emphasis on the good points you have discovered about a particular subject.
Who is mentoring you or guiding you spiritually on that subject and what are the things you notice, or the result you are getting.
It is glaring the result Father Joshua got when the roles of spiritual leadership was passed to him through divine instruction of God through Prophet Moses, he was able to lead Isrealites to the place of rest and he was used righteously to share the lord give inheritance for all the clans and no clan came up with allegations against him of either bribe or cheating some set of people to favour other.
He was a man that was mentored by the great renowned prophet of God to please God alone on matter and situations he meant find himself and Israelites at any point in time.
Elijah has students who are under moral and spiritual instructions for the will of God to be established in their respective ministry, but Elisha stand out from all his contemporary in the ministry, he was doing things that captivated the positive interest of the great Prophet of God, he was able to move closer and enjoy personal mentoring from the priest which gave him privilege to the events that distinguished him after the two portion of power from Prophet Elijah fall upon him during the chariot departure to heaven of the renowned prophet of truth.
Divine guidance is necessary and important on every issue to avoid misconception and error against expectations of God in the life of such individuals.
You cannot do things on your own when you have someone that is leading you, numerous are doing things on their own in this generation because such felt they know what they are doing and applying common sense in the place where spiritual sense is required.
You cannot use your common sense to know who is right for you to marry to avoid bitter story from the union, there are home that are not in order, terribly in disarray, the individual there are seriously bleeding because of the constant and unbearable situation that comes with time because of the union for God is not the source.
The result you get as a child of God is so much depends on who you are listening to and acting in accordance with the instructions.
Mentorship is biblical and it is a must for a saint that will fulfill the cause of purpose and destiny.
