CONTENT: OCTOBER EDITION, NEXT LEVEL OF GRACE.
BIBLE READING: PHILIPPIANS 4:11-13.

REFERENCE: 1TIMOTHY 6:6-10, ROMANS 8:18, JEREMIAH 32:17, 2 CORINTHIANS 12:9-10.
SCRIPTURE:
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
MESSAGE.
Sit down and think deeply to consider the will of God in your life and family, your future is more important to whatever you are going through now and you must be very careful to obstruct the goodness of God in your good future because of wrong appetite.
Contentment is having it all regardless of what you don’t have now but you are scriptly satisfied with your condition when waiting truly for the Lord.
As a child of God, don’t go into any situation because people are going into it or because people are making it through it because of that step, be reasonable and consider the Lord’s relevance in that decision, for it’s meant be a very wrong and unacceptable step for you to take.
The scripture is mainly for our advice and divine admonition if there is no right counsel at that very point in time, “I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound; everywhere and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need”, this very verse of the scripture is not only for those that Paul was addressing with this great letter but to all generation through the inspiration of God that brought it out from the Lord’s heart.
You must not try to meet the societal standard in a wrong and unacceptable way to the Lord. I shared my ordeal with some children of God sometimes ago that I had one time stay in my in-laws house for more than four years, not because I wish but situation that led to it, very unbearable time because of the insult and imbalance character and attitude that follow but I got to discover that there are times in the journey of a man that God will need a circumstances to break-such-away from wrong and arrogance against the procedure to the Lord greatness which can come in any way and form.
There was no time in that situation that I regretted standing for the right course of God in my life and the benefit is endless.
This is not saying you must not take a step out of the situation you find yourself that is not acceptable to God and your personality but doing the will of God in that situation will define the perfect answer to the manifestation of God in it.
There was no time I try to prevent the good lesson that are very useful to me today off my path by trying to shield myself away from the insultive situation sometime as a priest and child.
Be contented with the Lord in that matter and allow the Lord to bring you out in his beautiful way.
“Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls” this verse of the scripture also speak volume of what some individuals are going through because of self-indulging decision which is practically against the will of the Lord.
There was a time, God blessed us with a beautiful baby and there was nothing for naming. I looked nowhere for what to use for the naming because no one owns my baby but a blessing of God to us as a family, the best we could do on that day was getting a snacks and water for the people that came for the Christening.
Nothing must make you stretch abnormally; it is totally abnormal and not acceptable to God and his plan for your life.
“But I have all, and abound I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God”, I know the worth of some of my good colleague through righteous labour, the race is highly different with the result. I read daily some years ago that one of my good friends is one of the wealthiest businessmen in the nation. I was happy and never try to force the gauge of the speed to which God has program my life, so is to you likewise.
