I once listened to a song titled “God of the Good Time” which is still God in the bad time. God of the day is still God in the night. Then I drew strength from this song and got more knowledge about God’s timing and its season.
No wonder the bible gives references and details to the time of any event and date for example you will come across verses like during the time of King Solomon, some reference goes and there was a feast in the King’s Palace.
As a Christian, you must know that God’s timing should be one of your social responsibilities to trust and lean not on your own understanding about time.
God is not a magician. He does not guess or assume a time he gives the perfect timing.
The bible made it known that Jeremiah 29 vs. 11,
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (An eternal truth that helps us trust God’s perfect timing) There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. We all go through different seasons in life.
As you go through this week, remember his bible reference on timing and set your declaration on them
1. Habakkuk 2:3
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
2. Ecclesiastes 3:1
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
3. Psalm 27:14
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
4. Ecclesiastes 8:6
Because to every purpose, there is time and judgment. Therefore, the misery of man is great upon him.
5. Galatians 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
6. Ecclesiastes 3:11
He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
Always remember he has the best timing, trust him wholeheartedly, be patient in your journey on, fortune will soon smile on it, it just a challenge, not a battle!
You will not miss out on God’s timing for your life.
