SCRIPTURE:
And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.
MESSAGE.
Sin is a very terrible snare and only way to be won by the devil against the will of God in the life of the saints.
There is sin that are not mentioned in the scripture but are perfectly hidden in an action that is forbidden by the Lord.
Brother Samson couldn’t be trapped but was trap by his word which revealed the most sacred part of his life. The first step of his mistake was disobedient to the Lord and parental instructions.
When you are given an instruction is mainly because your life needs to operate in that finest option for you not to lost balance against the value of your life that led to progress and greatness of God.
You are immediately expected to adjust to do the right thing when you are instructed, not manage the wrong where is needed not to be disengage off your life.
God is the source of all, but he will not do all thing for you. There are somethings you are compulsory and mandatory to do which will not be attended to by God, no, you are expected to honour God in your action and decision on opinion.
Brother Samson was expected not to go to Philistines to look for a woman to marry rather than stay in Isreal for certainly a woman of his choice who is in one of the clan of Israelites therein, who they are destiny together and fulfilment of purpose will be easily come by with both individual in the journey but he went off the track of obedient to the lane of disobedient which is the source of destruction and abnormality of life and destiny.
Samson dying with the Philistines is not an achievement but disappointment for he was created to defeat and share the testimony of the Philistines to encourage the church and nation of God of how important the role of God’s will be in his divine purpose to man.
Praying and staying clear off sin are two things that are not same, prayer is to spiritually empowering you to make the right decision and right action must immediately follow your decision.
Cain was wrong from the point of his decision making, you kill your fellow human will not make God ascribe his glory to you, no, it certainly makes such individual a criminal in the list of the Lord and whatever that is good coming to such will be stop for the period of such incident and situation is change with repentive heart etc.
