SCRIPTURE:
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
MESSAGE.
Dress is what is used to cover one’s nakedness, clothing defines you from distance to the people that seeing you.
Christain dress code reflect the personality under the apparel, define the godliness percentage and actuality of God in the life of the person.
Godly and acceptable dressing without good character will naturally devalue the grace of God in the life of a Christian.
Dressing that define what you are going through in terms of life difficult and unbearableness of life in some crucial way of life is not acceptable.
Taking care of your physical appearance is very important and must not be overlooked.
Christain are highly moral in all ramifications of life, looking good is thought and imbibe in character and attitude, you cannot be dressing half naked and be taking the gospel to the people in the streets, what you carry will be overlooked and will not earn human respect, the way you dress is proportionally to the way you will be addressed in the private or public.
It is wrong for an outlook of the saint to belittle the glory of God in his life because of the way such is dressed for what you are going through doesn’t define you.
There are some places you will get to that you will deny entry because of the way such dresses.
Fasting and not taking care of your look is not Christain for is not right, paste-brushing your teeth and taking care of your body is required as a daily hygiene management of human body which has nothing to do with you fasting or you have a special prayer which is why you are not taking your body, no prayer or spiritual exercise defiled you of taking crucial care of your body.
It is wrong and humanly unacceptable when you are preaching the good gospel to people, and the good news is turndown because of the way you dress and smelling that is coming out from your body.
Dressing properly and acceptably as a Christian doesn’t require you to break the bank, health and human physical management is very important and must not be overlooked in your daily life.
