SCRIPTURE:
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
MESSAGE.
As a leader of that organization, spiritual body, fellowship, project etc. what do you want to be remember for, it is important you are known for something you least expected that will be kept on your behalf.
As a leader you don’t act as if you are God over the people you have privilege of leadership over their life regardless of what God is blessing the people through your life and other.
You as a leader you must be humble because you are not answerable to any of the people following you but God and it will be to your advantage you act on the cover of His divine instruction and order in humility over the life of the people you are sent to and beyond.
Don’t also forget that outside the people in the circle of your leadership there are individuals who are seriously watching you are taking important notification of your personality through character and disposition of action of your person, which can be used to commend or against your personality.
As a leader you are in that position representing God and you are bound to do nothing but the will of God over the people and every given privilege and materials in that office over the people even materials because there must not be any mismanagement of anything human being inclusive.
You are meant to be tolerant and not overlooking what should be address properly for the progress of the circle or organization you are leading.
You are in that position for a designed agenda of God not for yourself or a medium to witch-hurt anybody or pay evil for good.
The position of leadership is very sensitive, adorable but required individual to be highly responsible to the cause of leadership.
